Jeudi 27 octobre, Jean-Luc Mélenchon a déclaré sur France 2 : "Jamais il n’est proposé dans les réunions à Bruxelles un protectionnisme aux frontières de l’UE."

Ni les parlementaires européens ni la Commission européenne n’ont attendu Jean-Luc Mélenchon pour débattre du protectionnisme européen.

La Commission européenne réfléchit par exemple à mettre en place une législation pour tenter de rétablir une concurrence équitable dans l’accès aux marchés publics de pays tiers.

Kader Arif, eurodéputé français, ne serait pas non plus d’accord avec Jean-Luc Mélenchon, puisqu’il est le rapporteur d’un avis du Parlement européen sur la modernisation des marchés publics. Le point 14 de l’avis traite directement du protectionnisme européen :

"14. (le Parlement européen) considère que le marché européen ne peut rester unilatéralement ouvert aux opérateurs des pays tiers, et appelle la Commission à présenter des propositions prévoyant un instrument efficace permettant d’une part d’inciter au respect du principe de réciprocité accrue vis-à-vis des États – membres ou non membres de l’AMP – qui n’accordent pas, pour l’heure, un accès équivalent aux opérateurs européens, et d’autre part d’assurer au niveau mondial des conditions de concurrence loyale et équitable ;

Vous contredisez une déclaration en date du 27 Octobre 2011 Avec un avis pondu le 1 Septembre 2011.
On peut difficilement parler de mauvaise fois de Mr Mélenchon, en osant lui accorder le doute, d’un avis aussi récent car on ne peut pas être au courrant de tout à l’instant ’t’.
De même, il convient de mettre en proportion un seul avis en comparaison du volume d’avis pondu. Si un seul comme vous le montrez, ce type de proposition est proche de 0.

Hors celui-ci explique qu’il n’est pas normal, que les entreprises européennes aient plus de difficulté à aller sur des marchés Hors UE contrairement à l’inverse.
Il ne parle pas de protectionisme mais dénnonce les protectionnisme des Etats hors UE. Nuance.
